no, but he’s nowhere near as bad as people think. he has the ability to turn up in games (vs SEN, vs EDG on bind, vs PRX in shanghai, vs oxy and friends in stage 1)

on the topic of flor though, yeah she is getting a bit overrated because she has so far only proven to do this against GC players. I think she deserves a chance in T2 though, she was the only person on her team to have gone positive in the open qual games they played.

To be fair, icy's ranked stats were never phenomenal. He just played a lot in order to get 1000 rr. People say flor is good based on her ranked stats, not her placement.
