Which region is riot ignoring the most

According to me its SA and Oceania , According to me the amount of ignorance the rito is showing to these region i am pretty sure these region will in next 2 year if rito only want to focus on NA And emea , Japan and Kr (i think giving slot to japan and kr was just to get more viewer ship) ngl

OCE has like 2k viewers on peak, off course riot doesnt care (valorant esports team definetly does) and wont invest much, but they will probably still get a slot.
South asia is on the come up in PC esports and riot will definetly care about them and gibe them slots. Only problem here is that ript is owned by a chinese gaming industry so there is som diffcultied with india
