How would teams handle agent bans

Im also here from yay's tweet, but how could teams possibly prep for a map not knowing which agent is banned?
Imagine prepping for set plays and suddenly your initiator is banned, or the only viable smoker on that map. The quality of the games would definitely decrease, and games will look like 2020 again

Valorant heroes are just too different from one another.

If it does happen however, I expect it to go like:
Team A+B veto two agents each, then each ban one, then they all pick.
That way if viper+gekko is your core idea, you are able to secure that

Just look at league for an example, teams would adopt meta bans or target bans against certain teams with specific broken comps,

For example, let's take 2024 fnatic vs G2 on haven but with a 2 agent pick ban

Fnatic - Sova (meta ban)
G2 - iso (target ban)
Fnatic - viper(target ban)
G2 - cypher ban( meta ban, but a target ban in this case)

it would either work insanely well and take valorant to another level or everyone hates is and teams just have gentleman's agreements to only ban irrelevant agents

would be funny if they just banned reyna and iso

I think to introduce it, can just start with blind pick with 1 blind ban each per team (ie. both teams COULD ban the same agent)

comparing to league doesn't work because they have only one map and there are way more characters
