It needs something refreshing for the casual playerbase (alternative gamemodes or allowing custom maps), doesn't have to be insanely complex even something as simple as nemesis mode (you pick the agent the enemy team plays) would provide something

The pros always complaining about burnout (the ones that consistently make Masters at least), so I'm guessing Riot is trying to find a nice balance of a break and getting games going.
I don't get why they don't do more third party tournaments or mid season tournaments (For example: have like 4 teams from Tier 1 + 4 teams from Tier 2 compete), would be insane to watch matchups that we never normally get to see
if the teams make top 8 (but not make champs) they get relegated to ascension to fight to come back

Assuming you don't want to go pro and just have fun in comp :)
If you know you have a slow reaction time, move your crosshair further out (ie. dont hold tight angle, hold a little wider) to adjust for your reaction time and as you get more reps you will figure out where your crosshair should be.
Work on crosshair placement more instead of insane flicks/aiming.
It will go a long way when people run right into your crosshair

The observers here are so much better than those at Bangkok. Highlighting kills we didn't see in the normal around, adding slowmotion to highlight flicks made and the usage of free cam movement for different angles (non first person).
Just want to give them their flowers :)

Can be something simple like what Marvel Rivals does.
1 agent ban per team (blind ban so both teams could theoretically ban the same character)
Blind pick from there. Although the quality of play may lower from this it would spark new comps on maps like ascent and rewards teams that adapt.

Why dont the other regions have something similar to the China region with all the non bangkok teams compete in another single elim tournament where the winner gets like 1 champ point. Nothing crazy but enough to not troll.
The teams that go to bangkok can either field their academy team or any team from challengers to sub for the tournament.
It would solve all problems relating to not enough games for teams in the season but the games wont be high stakes enough for teams to complain either

His highs are high but quite rare, you dont look at DRX and think he can take his team on his back (granted his team is strong anyways)

the rest are well regarded
