He was kinda concerned about the Valorant situation in Central Asia and more over in Kazakhstan, so I usual I think for solution and this is the text i've right (obviously that I read because you cant guys I know you.)

What do you think guys, do you think a Central Asia server and T2 could be viable ?
laifu [#3]val would be a truly worldwide game if there's servers in south africa, middle east, kazakh/mongol, and hawaii
They are already a server in south Africa, but western africa don't have a decent ping, we really need a Lagos server ASAP, same for Middle East, Hawais is unrealistic.
I tend to agree for Kazakh, but I've check with a Kazakh friend and it seem their ping is the same in Hong Kong than in Kazakhstan, they even may prefer staying in SEA than joining central Asia

Kazakhstan can't be a T2 all alone, with rest of central Asia, it's hard to know if they are enough to be a separate from CIS, my 2 sent is that the best would be to be a splitted league like MENA and LATAM, but in that optic it would make sense that if eastern Russia have a better ping on Central Asia, then they should be allowed to play in Central Asia

if riot actually funded a russian server, Kazan would be a great choice, as it offers somewhat of a decent ping for middle asia. riot need to unblock russia, or else emea is fucked

Hmmm... I see what you mean, the main problem here is that Riot never make a Premier to a region if they are no server, thats why LNA doesnt have a server yet. plus, Premier is kinda pointless if they are no T2 to qualify on :/
