Its already confirmed by BOOM CEO that in his shortlist of potential players (6 names), none of them ever played in Tier 1 VCT. so no xccurate.

I think he means the 3 strong names are not from tier 1, because he said that Lmemore is also one of the 6 included names. You can find the information in the VALO2ASIA podcast. (He said that there are 6 names on the shortlist and 3 "strong names" for the 5th player)
