People say all kinda shit when they are mad and it's between homies. He probably didn't even realize they were airing his comms

I completely disagree. Regardless of the context, using derogatory language is unacceptable, especially in a public setting like a show match. There should be consequences for such behavior to set a precedent and make sure everyone is held accountable.

well also from a purely selfish perspective, he should probably avoid using that word if he wants to attract future sponsorships.

Like I understand that the word is bad and you shouldn't use it, but if you're going to get mad at one person using a bad word get mad at everybody using it. Like if this offends you then you should be making a thread on some of the chinese teams comms, or some of the apac comms, the difference is that most people on this forum don't understand the languages that those teams speak so they will only go after the comms of the teams they understand.

idk, the latam and spanish players say the word towards trolls on ranked all the time im even talking about mixwell, its not as if they blatantly use it on vc tho they just pop it out when they really tilted on stream, but ig its just too normalized to the point where most 15-30 yo videogame users have it in their vocabulary whenever they really mad ngl, acting as if its going to dissapear from one day to the other isnt realistic its something that takes time and a real collective change of mind on a lot of languages and cultures.

Absolutely true, as an example I can set any russian team's comms in any game. Most people think it's just suka blyat but sometimes, if you translate literally, it can end up way more offensive
