Orgs should be finishing signings for their official rosters later today iirc. But when they'll be announced will probably later this month or in November, at least for some teams since they'll be playing in Red Bull HG soon.

From the org's POV, there's no incentive to announce early right? they're probably taking more time to finalize the best rosters possible
