poaching is picking up players from smaller orgs that dont have the means to retain talent because of finnancial reasons lol

this is the DEFINITION of poaching, riot literally doesnt allow ascending teams to lose more than 2 players

the purpose of poaching rules in VCT is to protect ascending teams from losing their talent to huge orgs, we literally just saw the biggest t2 talent lost beacuse of riots lack of protection

you should play with the team you ascended with for ATLEAST one split or else why compete at all
