That's why people in your country are called ignorant. Culture/laws in each country are different. Here in Brazil, we don't have the same idea about age as you do. It's the same in your country that abortion is legal and carrying a gun is legal too. For us, these two things are crazy in the same way that they must be normal for you.
Yeah, and just like you can criticize us for our stupid culture and laws, I can do the same for you. The defense, "But it's the law", is an awful defense when discussing morality no matter what is being talked about because something being legal has no bearing on whether or not it is morally right. We can disagree on whether or not hooking up with a 15 year old is morally right, but hiding behind your culture or laws is cowardly, just say you're okay with it. ALSO, cultures aren't a monolith. Just like I think it's crazy that we Americans are allowed to own guns, I've seen Brazilians here react the same way I do about Pancc.
Even if it is legal in brazil, riot is a company that cares a lot about optics and it really doesnt look good for someone that a wide majority of their audience perceives as a pedo (someone who prefers people underage, something that isnt legally an issue in brazil but he still under that definition is) and I wouldnt be surprised if they block it or have talent refuse to work on his games, something riot really doesnt want to deal with. so finding it disgusting still absolutely matters and affects the signing process
