(Summertime rendering was SO FUCKING GOOD bro but its so slept on)

check out the Fate/series
the stay night watch order is
Unlimited Blade Works (by ufotable)
Fate/zero
Heavens Feel I II and III

Also!!! u should totally watch PERFECT BLUE, ppl call it one of the most impactful anime films ever made

if u want something a little more slow paced i recommend Sousou no Frieren and The Apothecary Diaries

Fate as a franchise can definitely be daunting. But would recommend you to watch fate zero though. Great story simply stand alone. You can always get into the rest of the stuff if you feel like it or just leave it there.
Would also recommend:
Monster
The Tokyo ghoul manga
Vinland saga (although u have already read it)

Naruto shipudden was a super mid show with really good moments (mostly in the first half of the show)

I’m waiting for the one piece remake to come out ngl

I agree with the Naruto take actually but it was my first anime so im kind of biased, trust me though One Piece is more story focused then action which is nice, similar to AOT with good fights but story driven
