I think any indo pros who bad in english (me to) can talk basic english little bit, not like japanese, korean and china cuz they not use normal alphabet maybe?

Shiro deserves tier 1 most imo. He's shown consistency idk what you're saying when you said famouz is the only consistent one. Shiro is an igl, keep that in mind and he still put up numbers, great HS%, game sense and great mid-round calling.
