I mean pretty much all of the best duelists of all time are from americas so this one is a no-brainer
Initiators - EMEA
You have to give it to EMEA because of players like Leo, Riens, trexx, Shao and N4RRATE (yes he is from USA but he was playing in EMEA so be mad at him not me)
Sentinels - EMEA
Also tough but i think EMEA slightly edges because Alfa and Suygetsu exist but to be honest no region has a lot better Sentinel players compared to the others.
Controllers - APAC
Mako is the goat controller + Mindfreak and Karon are probably in the top 5 or at least very close to it as well so yeah
"No China?" Yes, no China. They just got their very first VCT trophie ever with pretty much the only team for the region who ever stood a chance internationally anyway. They are a very young region so give them some time to build their legacy first and then they can be is these conversations.
