Could go Japanese tier2 since he listed japanese as one of his languages but he's definitely above that caliber. I doubt there's any spot for him cuz franchise is filled with insane duelists.
He's kind of in the same boat as Takas, Deryeon, etc. A solid player but t1 and t2 is just filled with too many cracked duelists for a less than S or A talent to find a spot.
