Why is EMEA blackballing my guy? Personally feel he's definitely good enough to be on a t1 org, is there something I'm missing cause he's been out of T1 for like 2 years now.

I mean every single one of his ex teammates are in t1, and doing well. He was just as good as them during their time, and even parts of 2022. Surely there's a team (KOI,GX,M8,NAVI) that could use him. Idk if he speaks english actually, but skill wise he deserves to be playing against the best.

He wins masters and places 2nd in champs

One thing led to another, and he got cut from M3C

And then... He just didn't get any offers in EMEA

So he went to play in China, did alright

Went back to EMEA, and he's just been grinding ever since

Individually speaking, he's not what he used to be, but players say that he's a great teammate to have

You can't judge for playing with t2 teams when he literally came from the best team in the world at one point. It's the same case as yay, everybody knows yay is t1 worthy, but if you judged him on his time in t2, he wouldn't even be considered.

Engh didnt want him anymore at the end of Gambit
he's doing well in VCL France but there are surely better duelist options in T2

You cannot judge him by his level 3 years ago. That's just not how it works, might aswell get dapr Bonecold and Shazham

Truth is he is not good enough rn. But that being said he has had tryouts, if he doesn't get picked up is because he doesn't deserve it

If you see him play in tier 2 and cover up his name you wouldn't see him standup

he apparently had surgery after Champions so he's a nerfed version kinda like Zaraki from Bleach

he had spinal surgery after 2022. so he may still have medications to deal with which makes him perform better like he used to

He was never on the same level as the other members of gambit, don't change history. He was unanimously seen as the C0m/Lakia/Sacy of that gambit roster.

He’s getting tryouts

From here if he earns it, he earns it

hes plays the most competitive and volatile role in valorant, you have to really stand out like kaajak or comeback to be seen as tier 1 level duelist

if you underperform in trials you have 20 more younger players waiting to take their shot
