How do you have demon1 on the list but not kangkang who was clearly the most popular player from tokyo, he was making a name for himself and representing CN valorant very well with a 5-6th place in tokyo and champs 2023. What the hell is mazino doing on this list? He didn’t even make madrid and got a worse placement than kangkang 💀 Kangkang also did more than keznit ever did (sorry kru fans I had to 😭) he’s also been at internationals since 2022, so idk wtf lakia (made 2-3 events in 2021 and didn’t make another one since then) and t3xture are doing there

5-6 Hours over a long period of time is not healthy .. try to put ur phone away in the evening and read a Book, go outside take a Walk instead of being infront of a screen the whole time (assuming your Job also includes Computer work). Most important thing is drinking Water, try to Drink more then u usually do.

I sleep so little because i get home at like 7 from work, read my book, eat, play val, go for a run and it's suddenly 1am

I do drink water, 5 liters a day give or take, and i get up around once an hour to "go piss" and get some fresh air

5 liters a day is quite a lot. If your head aches get any worse I'd do a quick check up with a doctor, if I had to assume I'd guess it's stress from your job but there are dozens of other possibilities that no one on this site can guess. I recommend getting actual professional help.
Have you always been drinking 5 liters a day or is that relatively new?

Perhaps that can explain part of it. I'm sure there's a lot to it but like #26 said, maybe look for ways to improve your sleep schedule and whatnot. Not having enough time to play val is unfortunate, and if that's the case maybe you could do something fun that's less time consuming (if possible). If you're doing something unproductive (ex. scrolling instagram), maybe try to get some extra sleep instead. As for the diet, giving it more time might be the best course of action.

6 hours is fine i suppose but 7-9 is a better range

3-4 coffee's is a lot imo, if im not mistaken coffee has more caffeine than tea (depends on how you make it) and that can easily give you headaches. This is coming from a Pakistani tea addict

2022 and 2023 he has 0 support as a duelist and if you try to argue you're dumb. As soon as he gets some teammates he starts going crazy. Davai on the other hand as been having great teammates since 2022 but still hasn't won anything. I would honestly not count 2024 good for PRX. Also 2023 LCQ he was SEN best player.
