Here's where I see things going:
- Neon/Jett with a bit of Yoru (kinda like Haven)
- Primarily Gekko or Sova, maybe both, with a bit of other stuff thrown in there like Fade, Skye, or Breach depending on the team (double initiator for sure)
- Probably just another Omen map, let's be honest, but Astra might see considerable play here as well
- For sentinel let's be real, it's probably just gonna be a ton of Cypher like every other this-used-to-be-Killjoy-but-Cypher's-too-good-of-a-solo-sentinel-nowadays maps (e.g. Lotus, Haven, even Ascent sometimes)

Harbor's ult is definitely a great counter for Viper's ult, but you can't really say it's better than it, especially with expected value taken into account
