Kieko -> Derke (Duelist) {if he plays in NA sign kajaak}
nAts (IGL - Sentinel)
Kieko (Flex)
Pattitek (intiator)
Grubhino (smokes)
eMIL -> d00mbr0s
replace keiko for someone else if u want
Mortadelo [#2]I'm pretty sure they're keeping Keiko
he isnt too bad, I just dont see him staying as a duelist with so much talent going around
GambleNats [#3]he isnt too bad, I just dont see him staying as a duelist with so much talent going around
might reroll but I doubt it, I would rather have Jamppi than Keiko flex
gold2peak [#5]if koi dont keep grubinho after that stage 2 they are braindead
well liquid was braindead enough to sell sayf
GambleNats [#6]well liquid was braindead enough to sell sayf
Says at the start of the year didn’t wanna play duelist; he was on cypher, kj, viper till when vitality made coaching changes and things were not working out then he switched back because he wanted to do everything in his power to win so while liquid may have trolled a lil by selling him at the time if he wasn’t gonna play his main duelist role it didn’t make sense to keep him to flex on senti/controller considering they already had nats

This is a valid argument tbh

now that i think of it, maybe TL selling sayf wasn’t a bad idea

this is a fair ass argument
ntro [#8]this is just dumb theres no point getting another duelist when keiko is already a good duelist with good fundamentals, theres also no way hes playing flex lol and kaajak is literally just a keiko replica hes just like keiko was last year.
I just do not like keikos performance this year and its very similar to how d3ffo kinda was for gambit. The only difference is gambit had 3 superstar players and redgar in those days was still fragging at a reasonable level. where as for liquid I dont believe you have your extreme fraggers.
but hey like you said I might just be dumb

d3ffo was the worst player on gambit (nothing against him they were just all great), whilst keiko was definitely not the worst player on liquid i don't see a similarity between them at all) as you said liquid doesn't have extreme fraggers and thats why they were dropped instead of keiko and nats.
TM06Nick [#15]replacing emil with doombros is so fucked lmao
it really is but i have not seen good enough evidence of emil being a good coach

ngl its valid, but wasnt sayf willing to play flex too?

hm thats a fair point, I just see keiko as very much of a job doing duelist like d3ffo or miniboo.
probably a fault at my end, im sure as the roster improves keiko will start fragging more

its really different, d3ffo was there to play op and get value on fk/fd, keiko frags a lot more and is a rifler, really different playstyle too, keiko needs just need util to frag

great explanation, thanks for clarifying

yeah as #19 says d3ffo had a much different playstyle and role on the team compared to keiko.
team liquids fundamentals this year were genuinely shocking and it meant the whole team were subpar on all roles and is partially why nats looked so good amongst them as he lurks/plays behind the majority of the time.
i hope as better players are introduced next year keiko will look better along with the team improving their fundamentals as a whole

yes, sometimes d3ffo was baited too, gambit gameplan wasnt around someone like LEV for aspas, or even 2 player like EG on jawg and D1, it was a system for all 5 players frag

. post got duplicated keke

Most likely candidate at this stage is Danyto I believe, it’s advanced
dort [#11]signing more bumea players wont make their roster good. they should look for talent in better regions like NA
Nrg are very talented indeed

I think there's a difference between "I don't want to play duelist" and "I refuse to play duelist" like plenty of people would rather play other roles but if the team wants them to play something they'll do it just fine

During kickoff and stage 1 he played controller senti and I remember at least one game on kayo; they didn’t even toy with any double dueslist comps if I’m not mistaken…. He was still a beast but the team just didn’t click
and ur statements in quotation marks literally mean the same thing
Also this wasn’t a team decision, he made this decision to switch roles probably before he got the vitality offer but he spoke about it with sgares on a podcast type ish… he wanted the newer emea talent to flourish and thought it was best to help them shine by being in a supportive role

the statements in quotation marks are not the same thing, alfajer for example likes playing duelist more than sentinel but he's still ultimately a sentinel player for his team. if the coaching staff wanted sayf on duelist I highly doubt he'd say no, it happened on liquid and it happened on vitality
