Bro it gets harder to lose weight as we age, if you're not focusing on being healthy young then GG as an adult. It's good for him to focus on it now.

lol hes 176 at 5'9 not 270
chrlxz [#11]its nowhere near tf its 5.7
it's 5'9
If you're using a converter from cm to ft, then it's saying it's 5.7ft which isn't 5'7"
It's 5'9"
To get the height, convert 175cm to inches, which is roughly 69.
Then see how many ft go into 69inches. 1ft is 12inches, so 12 goes into 69 5 times, with 9 being the remainder.
so 5ft 9"
geospliced [#12]Pretty sure it's 5'7
nah ur converting to just feet, the measurement is in feet and inches if ur using google

Blud he's overweight by BMI standards, if he gets to like 70kg he's cool.

bmi standards are not a healthy way to go about weight
chrlxz [#20]yeah 5 foot 7 inches not 5.7 mb
the measurement is in feet+ inches, and 175cm= 5 feet+9 inches.
dont brits use this measurement on a daily basis?
5 feet 7 inches is 170 cm
laeDLaer [#17]175cm is crazy lol L genetics
Dude 175 cm is less now ? Fuck im 168 cm....but atleast lean and have decent muscle mass
Barss [#21]bmi standards are not a healthy way to go about weight
Assuming OP isn't a bodybuilder, his weight is most likely fat so BMI would be fairly accurate.
Tips to remove fat.
Stop eating awful food.
Losing fat is mainly done in the kitchen. Exercising helps utilise the nutrients you consume. However if you eat like shit, and workout. You'll still look like shit. you'll just be stronger, or have better cardio than you do now.
Just find a decent diet, or just cut out overly processed foods. If you want to utilise the diet even more, go to a gym or workout at home. Calisthenics can be done literally everywhere.

not gonna knock off 5cm of your own height on my watch king!
literally just start counting your calories (ask your parents to help you with this if possible, assuming they cook for you most the time) and do some cardio
doesn't have to be the gym, can just be a run somewhere near your house
Also just don't overdo it, yknow? set a realistic healthy goal
good luck!
Try to eat more protein and maintain 1500-1700 calories a day. Cardio helps as well. Start easy, do 30-60 min of fast walking or slow jog for 20-40 min. Increase intensity as you get more consistent. You can try some other workouts at home as well. Pushups, situps, squats and pull ups are really easy to get into. Never push yourself too hard when you are trying to lose weight. Avoiding injury and being consistent is the key. Try reading some books or learn a new activity that is not physical to keep your mental in check. Do all this and your fitness journey will be fine. It's okay if you fail once here and there. Just know it's ok to fail multiple times than just give up on your goal!
