he and crazyguy had "big problems" with one another from day 1. legija said from the very start he saw it leading to future problems
yay tried his best to resolve his issues with crazyguy, but the latter was "not very cooperative"
before officials began, from scrims alone legija felt unbelievably confident because yay was averaging 290 ACS across hundreds of scrims. "we were destroying every single team in practice"
isolates his biggest problem as mental. "the pressure hits him so hard he loses himself completely"
because his playstyle was passive "from playing so much chamber" legija wanted him on an anchor role rather than duelist. "it was amazing, he played every scrim [on viper] perfectly. perfect, im telling you. both in killing and decision making"
in the t1 series between map 2 and 3 yay began to report vision problems. "i can't see anymore he said, his crosshair is gone, then he has a shit game"
reiterates how the pressure he was feeling was incomparable to just being a regular pro player, "pressure was his nemesis"
said that after their losses he would often come to legija's room and they would just talk and reflect for 3+ hours. he would deliberate for hours asking for advice on how to handle the expectations and harassment and constant voices
at the end of their run he took him aside and told him as a friend "i don't want you to play, i want you to take a break, or else it might end up bad [for you]"
cited too much overthinking as his second main issue "we lose games, we look like fucking idiots, we go into practice, we look great again! we destroy these top teams!"
at one point legija completely told him to stop watching the other teams for the next three weeks. his overthinking often lead to stepping outside the box of their set plans which would cause the disconnect between matches and practice (personal opinion: i think this is probably exacerbated significantly by the inherent language barrier, i'm sure teams that are much more fluid in communication can make use of on-the-fly adaptations much better)
ends with saying that he genuinely feels bad for him because his talent within the game is all elite, but the external aspects are what is killing him
