What do you guys do outside of VLR and VCT? Me personally is ballin up.
Nachtel [#2]i bought a violin recently which i suck at but i like trying to learn it and feeling like im improving slowly
I was learning how to play a Violin but stopped. Didn't find it enjoyable. Hope you enjoy it though.

Was forced to play the piano as a kid so just having my own agency with an entirely new instrument is enough for me
Nachtel [#7]What position in football?
I play attacking mid, right wing sometimes but mostly around the midfield
cloudberry [#4]I love taking long walks, spending time talking to friends, watching informational YouTube videos, and playing football/soccer. I also like reading, writing, sudoku, theory crafting, and graphic design (mainly logos, brand identity, and UI)
I walk home from school for like 20 mins and it's so relaxing and just relieving of everything. Haven't walked though since Im on break. wtf is theory crafting? like vct theory?

football position? lol
n1cf [#11]i like to eat my toenails
This makes me wonder if cned is able to eat his toenails, like idol like fan
Zaphkiel [#13]This makes me wonder if cned is able to eat his toenails, like idol like fan
im not his fan anymore
Nachtel [#6]Was forced to play the piano as a kid so just having my own agency with an entirely new instrument is enough for me
I always wanted to play piano as a kid but never could.

Yeah, VALORANT theory crafting. Probably should've specified. Basically theorizing different ways of playing maps, how certain agents go together, how you could use certain comps on different maps, etc.

So basically what analyst do. Interesting.
Nachtel [#10]football position? lol
Haven't played in a positional setting in a long time (usually it's just me and a bunch of friends kicking around a ball), but I was usually a right wing defender or midfielder
Zaphkiel [#20]Nice, must be cool being a striker fr
Must be cool being an attacking midfielder, you probably have a brain like Zidane or something
Nachtel [#23]Must be cool being an attacking midfielder, you probably have a brain like Zidane or something
My head will get dislocated for the amount of times i've to scan the field lmfao
nihso [#21]So basically what analyst do. Interesting.
Kind of. Analysts focus on how their team and the enemy team plays, and comes up with counters and fixes and such in order to help the team win. I'm more interested in the actual agents and maps and stuff like that. Like for example, I'd think "this comp looks super viable on this map", while an analyst might think "this comp works well with the way our team plays, and it can pull off these strats in order to counter the way certain teams like to play the map"

that's chill. also +respect
nihso [#16]I always wanted to play piano as a kid but never could.
if you somehow get your hands on one now, you can still do it
Nachtel [#27]that's chill. also +respect
Thanks but I ddn't know why you'd respect it. The only reason I play back is because I don't have the stamina to do anything else, and the only reason I play right wing is because I can't kick with my left foot to save my life 😭

You don't put your analysis on VLR or anywhere?

Someone's gotta do the job, and I'm not gonna judge you if you're not actively playing for real madrid's u20 academy lmao

Not usually, but I did post two different lineups (Deadlock wall and Viper setup, both for Abyss B), and I asked for thoughts on a comp idea as well (remember that Lotus comp with Fade KAY/O Harbor Killjoy I was talking about?)

Do more of that please, I'd like to discuss actual tactical valorant on this site for once lol

No I do not remember that. Also that comp could be tweaked for a deadlock or cypher instead of kj.

Agree. I think I have a very tactical brain instead of just baiting 24/7.

Maybe, yea. Also I think the last time I mentioned it was here: https://www.vlr.gg/post/3996746/vlr-come-urgent/#6
(Also as of now I've pretty much decided on Neon)

Raze with the deadlock would go superb with the comp. Also very good with fade and kayo.

That's definitely an idea. Will have to think about that
cloudberry [#48]That's definitely an idea. Will have to think about that
The neon just has no synergy with fade kayo or harbor. I mean stun flash to take mound could be good but also a fade eye can take it. I feel like the neon just wastes to much util to actually grab good space.

Harbor cascade to block the choke. KAY/O knife to suppress enemy util. Neon wall (the one Saadhak threw in their game against EG) for Neon and KAY/O to scale up. Fade eye comes in, potentially revealing any enemies past the Harbor wall, which Neon and KAY/O can shoot through the wall. KAY/O can also pop flash through the wall for him and Neon to fight. Fade could also potentially scale up with Neon and KAY/O, help them fight, maybe throw a dog or seize toward the choke. Meanwhile, KJ is spotting Mound while Harbor is holding a high-low with KJ's turret on the boxes in front of B.
(This is a WIP but this is how I'd take Rubble with the comp)

idk if you can see this but i made a couple of strats to work
nihso [#51]idk if you can see this but i made a couple of strats to work
I really like some of these ideas, actually. For one, a Harbor cascade to threaten an A lurk is super neat—Harbor could cross, someone else could cross, or no one could cross, and they'd have to reclear Rubble either way.

Knife Breaks: KJ molly KAYO Flashes
Knife Doesn't Break Harbor walkup to lurk
Conceit [#54]My favorite thing to do hobby wise is draw, but I'm also working on a game so that'd be second
