NFX is one of the teams that had been very competitive in Premier, it really isn't surprising if you followed a bit of the premier teams that have been competing in the last 3 acts. Also Scarz had seemingly built this team last minute and probably has not enough practice, it doesn't help if the signed players are rather questionable choices. It's a bit disappointing that they didn't keep the previous roster because they only lacked time and experience last split that prevented them from making playoffs.

Tbf aside from eko and marin the team is very new, but yeah they're one of the teams that should've made it to sp2 main stage if it wasn't for riddle 😅.

I was a bit hesitant on calling out both EJAY and adrnking's performances in MYSG and South Asia respectively, but I'm starting to think I should 😅.

Scarz roster changes have always been questionable, few remembered that scarz actually once imported both JoshS and modeskii. I think they prioritized importing above getting local players or academy players which sucks for the scene tbh.

And Scarz actually have really good academy players. In general I'm also super disappointed in orgs like Igzists for not trying more of their academy players because they are not that bad and probably would play better than Yamada and RIPablo. Overall the Japanese orgs actually have pretty academy teams that scout very well, Zeta's one is very exceptional, Fav also has a real decent academy system.

Zeta AC scout is literal king midas,

Igzist AC might be better than you think, take this from their website( ik it's not that reliable, let me glaze 😂) , it says mirdia is their strongest player ( and this guy is still in igzist ac) and yamada was actually their duelist, from the get go I always questioned why yamada always played as initiator when he's being described as their duelist.

NGL, I truly do not understand why Scarz just isn't trying to use their academy players or just sign other Japanese players to their roster. Like Satoshi one of their Academy players is playing for BB rn and is averaging over 300acs, farming the other teams in this qualifier. It seems super weird to sign late minute someone like adrnking who struggled to keep up in weaker regions like South Asia before. I kinda hope that this isn't a roster that stays for long, because I can't imagine them being competitive in this split3 at all.

It's a different roster compared the ones they used in premier, I'm kinda concerned about using thiefy as a duelist since he isn't a consistent fragger and entry on the role.

Imma be honest but I think the reasoning is not that hard to understand, either yoshii or yotaa or both can't speak japanese.
