But the org is LATAM so it's considered a latam team. It's as simple as looking at their social media to see what each org wants to represent.

koi earlier this year had polish flag on vlr, id say theres more polish ppl with koi flair than spanish too. they also comm in english

idk if you watched the docs but the player themselves felt more pressured to do better and didnt care as much on ENVY rather than OPTIC. Not to say they didn't care on NV at all but cared substantially more on OPTIC.
