I mean aside from the paychecks, his stint in pacific has been nothing but a shitshow. His teammates shitting on him for not doing ranked on his main acc, his former teammates shitting on him ( g0nghsta and st00l) for being competitive,got accused by g0nghsta for bribing based on a discord chat with no additional evidence, caught between the drama between sscary and crazyguy and took the hit more than both of them, losing streak, your own CEO shitting on you. I think Yay is very justified if he one day comes out saying he hated apac a lot.
i always get mad looking at na/apac/eu/china users who has never followed SEA valorant instantly jump on the hate train for crazyguy and sscary.
Crazyguy literally igled this org into top 4 in the region before franchising and after franchising igled it to winning ascension, Sscary also had a huge role in working with the strats of crazyguy.
and from the rest deryeon and juicy were literally the fraggers of this team since the beginning. Please don't speak about the players if you guys have no idea about this team pre-franchising.
Whose mental went down? Yay took the hit far worse than both of them even though this was primarily both sscary and crazyguy's problem to begin with. crazyguy won the drama, he got back to the team even though sscary wanted him out. I bet you he's extremely happy that he even got back to the team. But all that came down to nothing when he didn't produce results.
I'm just saying that after all that drama he caused, he ended up didn't perform so no wonder ppl shit on him.
same applies to yay when he blamed crazyguy and got him kicked just to botfrag and have zero impact in every other game and have the same results. remeber yay had no beef with sscary, sscary was constantly duoing with yay the entire season and they were really close.
Yay just scapegoated the igl cuz there was no one else for him to blame cuz the igl and coach gave him all the freedom to play any agent he wanted, and he still choosed unxeperienced agents and had the least impacts.
Not a yay hater but you guys put yay above everyone else and tryna blame everyone except him, same with some tenz fans.
also to add that bleed improved and looked better without yay, they had close games with ts and geng, now if roles were reversed and it was yay being added at the end of season and with these losses you guys would have easlily blamed crazyguy and rest of the team for letting yay sit on bench and ruin the synergy
Hey , don't come to me saying " the same applies to yay... " , you complained that Crazyguy get a huge amount of hate, I can tell you the amount of hate Crazygguy gets isn't comparable to Yay's. I don't glaze Yay like some did but y'all for sure tried to kick the dead horse when Yay had 3 dramas in one split.
i just said that crazyguy hate was insane for a person like him who kept the org alive in the scene before and after the appearence of franchising system in valorant.
When he was just tweeting without even mentioning yay's name about how it was unfare, i saw a lot of streamers especially FNS was acting so hateful towards him as if he was just some tier 4 collegiate player who doesn't know shit about the game.
Even when crazyguy was just put back on after the benching of yay, ppl were just watching bleed to lose and set the agenda that crazyguy is bad.
Yay had similar experience but since he has a intl trophy in valorant and was a well established player, i think he got a lot of support and ppl defended him alot from pro players to fans. and the hate he was getting was just a meme on vlr which passed to streamers cuz they choosed to speak the "y0y" thing. It was purely based upon how he was losing all first duels he was taking, to the point that deryeon took the entry role and yay was just the person who follows with the rest of team. It's similar to asuna when he was getting hate for being a shitty raze player with almost all raze ult misses and no trades etc.
But crazyguy literally was left in the dirt and everyone was shitting on him for being a less recognized region player and being scapegoated by the entire community of all the international bleed fans who were just on the bleed train for the sake of yay being a part of it.
Crazyguy riled the VN community up btw, why are you talking as if Yay deliberately summoned his fans? I'm sure the VN community would love to defend this guy. Crazyguy isn't being scapegoated btw, both are just as bad. yay had his fans and crazyguy had his VN compatriots. You're basically doing the same thing as Yay defenders but you defended crazyguy
vn community is literally dead, its just facebook and i know like 3 guys active on twitter who actively tweet about the region lmao. the community has like max 1k users who watch the official matches and like 500 ppl from there use facebook vn valorant community.
Crazyguy might be bad in terms of mechanics and probably a lot worse than peak yay. But he is a good igl. Yay will probably do better in NA and with like proper native english teammates.

I think egoist who was considered the best sentinel in tier 2 apac by many established talent acquirers and scouts taken by orgs had to leave the team due to this mess( not saying it was a yay or crazyguy's fault). and it was the point when i started hating yay, cuz i felt like egoist could have been a good player in the future only if yay didn't fucked up the team. I haven't followed the yay dsg drama but from overall it seemed like yay breaks apart every teams he goes.
But now i think that it might not have been like that.
A very quick summary on why NA DSG broke : Yay is too competitive ( the clip is where he's "malding" is just him being serious), G0nghsta and St00l are POS to put it lightly , team with that kind of mentality would end up no where even without Yay. G0nghsta's screenshots of Yay "bribing " had no evidence other than a few lines of discord chat. Hell G0nghsta said it himself he's just a plain hater
You're confusing the drama surrounding Yay with Egoist's departure. besides, it would make much more sense if you say Sscary or Sscary and Yay are the reason Egoist retire,but you didn't and therein lies the problem, sscary beefed with crazyguy first , not yay. Btw if egoist retired just because of this, hot take but I think he's not really suited for competitive scene.
Their biggest competition in ascension was SCARZ/NAOS
post franchising every team has gotten way better
Skill floor was WAY lower as well as they were able to get away with running comps like Reyna pearl
just because you have success in a lower division doesn't mean that translates to becoming a franchising contender. theres countless stories in regular sports of people looking good till they hit the pro scene and hit a hard wall.
from an objective standpoint bleed looks lost both in retakes and post plants and only succeed through hero individual moments. crazyguy also from comm videos imo has no idea what hes doing
