It's always the Cloves somehow. I recently met a throwing Clove too. I had to manipulate them to not crash out and ended up baiting the whole game so I would get less of a minus (got -9 rr not bad)

as someone who frequently run into blatant wintraders, they should have to definitely face more serious consequences. Riot doesn't seem to ever ban them and if they do its always for like 1 week (even though it fucking CHEATING and should be a hardware ban)
