god i wish EG would've stayed together. Ethan's form at the end of 2023 was something else man. the guy had insane and crisp aim, perfect utility, support, and comms. he was the perfect player.

You're kinda right about OpTic by franchising terms specifically, but their shady practices are what made Riot dislike the org (at least from what little I know about what happened between them)
Gambit willingly let their team walk and form M3C because of the politics in the region. If Gambit were truly shitty (imo) they could've kept their players in contract hell
