Asc ranked players never have the best teamplay, so if APAC has better aim, then ofc APAC is going to be harder. Also, if you're not used to the playstyle of a region, it's always going to be harder to read what's going on than in your home region.

I heard once that EU ranked was easier than NA ranked.
I heard some things about BR ranked being better than NA ranked.
