New Abyss Deathmatch Tech!

If you queue into deathmatch and get Abyss, leave immediately. Map will make you tilt when u get shot from behind or while your spawning in the open for the 11th time. Riot need to do something about the spawn points in the map or just remove the map from deathmatch. It's so shit.

couldn't agree more. its fucking obnoxious when i spawn in ct spawn and get killed from a guy on the other side of ct spawn that i couldn't hear because its so fucking big.

valorant dm awful is so badly designed

the dm warmup is much better than the actual dm

its because there are too many people in dm by default
in a full dm its so easy to get shot in the back
they designed it this way because people can leave without penalty but its annoying when nobody leaves
in warmup only ~70-80% of the dm lobby will be there because others will have slow internet

there should be MORE people bro

in cs theres 24 people in a smaller map and u insta respawn so u are always fighting and everybody loves it

in val sometimes u cant find anyone

the problem isn't the number of people inherently
its because there's so many people and the spawns are so bad that you insta die if its a large lobby

The "can't find anyone" part is really only true if people leave, if it's a full DM then it's fine.

i feel like dm would be better if they just stole the warmup from cs comp warmup. 1v1, angles to swing, practice jiggling, and a fair fight. Choose whatever gun you want, and constantly play people rather than having to look around the map

the problem with that is that comp does matchmaking based on skill

DM has no matchmaking at all(from what I know)

so you could 1v1ing a immortal as a silver and just get shit on

By that theory yes, but dm is some what based on rank. As an immortal, I’ve never gotten any rank lower than plat in my DMs and almost every time it ranges from ascendant to radiant. It’s because DM has a slight base of rank

I literally played a dm on my alt while waiting for my friends to be online and played against a FUCKING RADIANT when the account is S1 and peak G1....

On abyss just jump. Commit constant sewer slide until you spawn behind someone or until you find someone nearby to your spawn point.

Abyss is definitely the worst map for DMs.
After just few seconds, you'll spend your whole time chasing constantly the 2 players that haven't left the lobby yet.
