Probably been the worst year ever can't lie

• horrible ass formatting, fire this person who made this formatting
• horrible ass scheduling, like you win masters and only get a week to prep for the next match?????? fire this man
• horrible ass map, there's a small majority of people who actually enjoy abyss and thats because they are playing it themselves and not watching it in pro play. The map is so bad, concept is good but horrible design.
• horrible champs song, probably the worst one so far even 2022 was better than this one and people disliked that one so much.
• horrible champs skin, I don't think anyone likes the phantom the knife looks cool tho.

Formatting legit isn't that bad considering they have an odd number of teams

Fuck abyss though and fuck the old map pool shit was ass

I think the bigger maps just aren't enjoyable to watch tbh

You either have the slowest gameplay or you just have teams 4-1 heavy executing b for 11 rounds in a row

format and planning wise ? probably

competitiveness wise, it’s been a good year
there are many teams capable of upsets and nothing is ever set in stone. i am quite enjoying the year so far.

Abyss? Not quite. I've seen quite a few pro rounds with heavy mid control prioritization (especially in the LEV game) or full fights for mid (notably the FUT game)

champions phantom is good??

Can't believe people would like Abyss because it's fun to play. Not everything is about pro play, I would rather have a map that's fun to play and boring to watch than vice versa

I really like how unpredictable this year has been in terms of pro play. At the end Champs has some quality competition, very hard to predict who will make playoffs and win it all (unbiased view). So the formatting which you say is bad, did its job to ensure best teams from each region qualify at the end for Champs.

The formatting could of been better def, like they should of stuck with the regular season shit imo instead of 2 stages

abyss more like assbys, watching it isnt too awful tho

the song isnt even that bad, it sounds like any other kpop song and champs is in korea so i dont rly mind but i do agree its prob the worst or the 2nd worst champs song

I haven't seen some of the newer abyss vods but from what I've seen mid isn't as prioritized and just used as a quick lurk path
