They are seen working in GC and Academy, so it seems likely that their roles will be additionally clarified and changed.
It means analysts without gya9 would be removed.
Coaches
-Carlao would be confirmed, but we are not sure about Junior.
Since XQQ does not want to coach for ZETA, it is certain that a new coach will be appointed.
Players
-yuran,hiroronn are most likely confirmed.
There is about a 3% chance that Laz might entrust his dream to the next generation.
The new roster is completely unknown, but it seems likely that they will choose from young players of FL, RID, and RC.

open recruitment often includes pro players who are free agent or restricted agents too and not all scouted players can be signed if they are already signed to another org and has no intention leaving. Also, who knows they might get their own version of Karon

Ok the coaches are definitely jobless after this ( hopefully)

I'm not an expert on this, I'm just putting my 2 cents in on why they need an open recruitment.

this will probably a looooong ass open recruitment. Split 2 is still on the way, however there are only 4 teams remaining.

As we can see split 2 have not finished yet and teams like Reject (BRIAN Akame and Gangpin are out) and Varrel(Xnfri , Kayle and Blackwiz are out) have announced their roster moves already and I'm assuming the rest will follow.

ZETA will be looking clooooosely at this split's closure and look for any roster moves. Assuming that Riddle actually lose Split 2 or even Ascension. I'm guessing Zeta will finally make a move(probably)'

Tldr: this will be a long open recruitment that would possibly last till the end of the year. The reason is Zeta is buying time for the future roster moves at the same time not wanting to miss out on the current roster moves

open trail is meaningless for tier 1 team, only few options can improve Zeta.
Scrim result isnt reliable, even they did well in the trial they might shit their pants in live match. Unless the guy 冲绳 didn't get caught for cheating and apply for trail
