No, Hes gonna do great to decent so hes most definitely not gonna suck. I dont know if the playoffs is gonna change his playstyle though or make him nervous so theres that.

honest opinion is that it’s a rash gamble by talon that has more risk than reward

sure it could pay off and he could spaz out but the reality is it’s his first ever pro match with lots of pressure, they have less practice, and the language is gonna get in the way

the real biggest issue for secret is that they have no way of knowing what talon is gonna do but even that isn’t a huge deal if they focus on their own game

people forget that when GENG picked up karon they literally almost lost to a rando indian t2 team, things don’t click instantly 99% of the time

I mean tbf I don't think they had a reason not to try him here

The reality is that Talon have less Champs points than TS, PRX, GEN.G and DRX so their only hope of making Champs is through the playoffs, and I think their chances were so slim with the regular season roster regardless of if they beat Secret or not that they might as well take the risk with primmie and see how it works out

I agree with this sentiment, this Talon move is very risky, but if it works it'll be the craziest thing. On paper, Talon shouldn't be winning this, but knowing Secret's tendencies to choking rounds when it matters (looking at you, Stage 1 Playoffs match), there is an actual world that Talon wins this match. Makes me nervous as a TS fan, but win or lose, they deserve it.
