I think platchat might have leaked that MIBR vs LEV was delayed?
cuz they didnt mention it or predicted who would win.
and as far as we know Aspas is still outside of the USA and Palla/Richzin/Liazzi are still not in the USA too
so maybe both teams are trying to convince riot to postpone the match due to visa issues??

EDIT = Aspas is apparently in Korea, or atleast was during the Sacy live

no, brazillian teams can only scrim other brazillian teams, maybe some latam teams depending on the location, tier 2 na teams get to scrim the best the entire year
if a t2 br team wants to scrim the best they need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get the team to another country.
