removing movement error while neon sliding is gonna make me break my monitor

Neon changes look insane, I love them
Reyna changes look relatively good
Have to see how the raze changes affect the character before I decide
Clove changes feel a little unnecessary, but not bad

victor just made space for Yay to do chamber things.
i felt as though Rb and zekken actually got value out of sliding on people for the entry and had generally better FK/FD ratios

Clove is just a insta lock now when people don’t get their duelist except they don’t know how to smoke and run everything down. Pretty annoying tbh smokes win or lose you games.
