Is this guy even coaching? He’s maybe the longest tenured coach now but still couldn’t get PRX over the hump. The players aren’t even bad, they’re probably one of the most mechanically gifted team. Sure him sighing and hitting his desk helps his team a lot!

honestly everyone is placing way too much importance on the end result and saying that it's bad coaching. PRX were clearly prepared for the split pick no? That attack half was beautiful and showed PRX's full potential.

Conversely, map 2 PRX got too cocky and played too loose, and then they went to a map 3 they weren't ready for and then completely crumbled under the pressure. Map 3 was literally braindead ego peeks on defense.

alecks might be the most passionate coach in all of valorant history, he cares about his guys and you can see it. Their playstyle is just too aggressive and on the spot for 'standard' coaching

prx is 100% a very difficult team to coach, especially given they have no set igl and a lot of their plays happen on the fly from random calls, relying a less on set stuff
