Victor: Flex / Whatever the team needs
s0m: Duliest
Ethan: Initiator / Smokes on a couple of maps
Why would NRG put Victor on full time duliest if he is one of their BEST flex players?

Example 1: Bind
FNS: Viper
Crashies: Gekko
Victor: Brimstone
s0m: Raze
Ethan: Skye

Example 2: Ascent
FNS: Killjoy
Crashies: Sova
Victor: KAY/O
s0m: Jett
Ethan: Omen

Now that I think about it:

s0m: Controller / Secondary Duliest
Ethan: Initator/Flex

swap vic and s0m roles on bind, on ascent same roles with vic jett, i doubt they have s0m play jett and vic raze

S0m will be on smokes and that's that. At the end of the day it would take too much time for s0m to adapt to the duelist role after a year of smokes and they don't have much time at all. Undoubtedly he's capable of it but u have also got to remember that he has already meshed with 3 of these players as a controller and as such will stay on that role for the time being.
