Nope, it's Estrella. Xffero had the role once in Lock//In, he was pretty bad at it and got severe headache every night. Then, fl0pzjder took the role until Week 3 in Stage 1.

The team captain, not the igl role though, and that messed up many people including the spreadsheet guys with them putting igl role on Xff. Estrella was the igl in GENG match, he announced it on his twitter.
