I love how absolutely dystopic things happen in the USA that would shock every Occidental country and some Third World country.

You find amnesic guys on a burger king bin, that is almost blind because of cataract (a problem solve by an easy operation), you put him in hospital, the hospital take him out without cure his eyes because his identity is a mystery.
