this guy might be the best valorant opper wtf
Obeeey [#2]Bro he is playing vs diamonds
dude it doesnt matter who he play against. his flicks are the best i have seen in this game so far. there are many radiants and immortals in that elo too also his mmr easy radiant mmr. he got almost every game d3 and immortals as enemies when he was Plat 3.
mEXsACHINE [#5]KennyS is not in his prime anymore. I don't think he can do the same against radiants or in pro play. 5 years ago? Maybe. Today? Maybe not.
tarik is trash in valorant and he shits on radiants and kennyS would shit on tarik just sayin! dont talk like radiants are gods or something. if kenny would play 24/7 like the pros do he would even shit on radiants 1on5!
mEXsACHINE [#5]KennyS is not in his prime anymore. I don't think he can do the same against radiants or in pro play. 5 years ago? Maybe. Today? Maybe not.
KennyS on an off day is still a tier 1 cs player, which cant be said of most valorant pros
TinglyPiano [#3]same take as ppl saying mwzera is best player.
they are playing against shit player, of course they can get 300+ACS easy lol
last time i checked your aim doesnt get worse when you rank up
mEXsACHINE [#5]KennyS is not in his prime anymore. I don't think he can do the same against radiants or in pro play. 5 years ago? Maybe. Today? Maybe not.
past his prime, sure. Scream was also past his prime, having a constant falloff post 2016. Shaz was past his prime, not achieving much on cs. Hell, every cs player that moved, who was in the scene for more than 5 years, were past their prime. Only cs players who swapped are the 17-21yr olds, who haven't reached their prime yet.
Prime means nothing in val, as their prime in CS was different to Val. Hell, scream was dogshit on GL, and was nothing special for a solid 4 years until he retired. Yet currently he's regarded as one of the best riflers in the game right now.
Also KennyS prime was on Titan, where he'd carry every single game. His past few years hold nothing to his titan/envy days. 2014-2015 kennyS was a monster that nobody will ever beat. It's why he's still regarded as the best AWPer in cs history. Even after the awp nerf, and his cooling down. He still competed at t1 level, for 6 years. Post prime competing for 6 years. He'd be fine competing against anyone in this game. If he transitioned, he'd just need to adjust and would 1000% be more consistant that other opers at pro level.
thanatos11 [#8]last time i checked your aim doesnt get worse when you rank up
check again, purest fixed it
thanatos11 [#8]last time i checked your aim doesnt get worse when you rank up
It's not about your aim getting worse. His point is if youre an above average player in a below average region, you'd shine and look better.
it's the same philosophy of an attractive person looking more attractive when with someone less attractive.
also he didn't mention aim. I might be a bit confused, but unless someone edited a message, or I misread. Who mentioned peoples aim being worse at higher levels, or insinuated it?

he suggests that in immortal+ he wont average 300 acs, him hitting good op flicks has nothing to do with ACS, hes suggesting that the only reason kennys has good op flicks is because hes in low elo
Heiro [#13]His flicks and all are great but the fights and he takes and stuff, he wouldn't get those fights when he ops like he does in attack side.
He just takes space easily cuz he's in a lower elo.
He won't get favorable ones when radiant / high immortal.
It's because he isn't used to the gamestyle of valorant players. he gets surprised almost every 5 seconds. once he gets used to the Val style, he would never die with OP in hand i would say.
EndOfWorld [#14]It's because he isn't used to the gamestyle of valorant players. he gets surprised almost every 5 seconds. once he gets used to the Val style, he would never die with OP in hand i would say.
never die is a bit of an overstatement wouldn't you say? :o

i agree with this.
I think only pro who switched while still being a tier 1 pro was Ethan.
rest all were "washed up" pros but hey they still be on the top of the scene in this game.
DONTONO [#7]KennyS on an off day is still a tier 1 cs player, which cant be said of most valorant pros
This is cap, on a good day in 2021 he’s barely t1
Heiro [#15]never die is a bit of an overstatement wouldn't you say? :o
he use his OP like its his 3rd hand that can slap everyone to death, doesnt matter what distance. :)
Heiro [#16]i agree with this.

tbh even then, Ethan was in a huge slump, just like nitro. Only player who swapped while not being completely mediocre, was Jamppi. Dude went to ence, did well, then was taken off primary awp for Allu, and then had to rifle. Even then, he was nothing special, but wasnt washed, or in a slump. If not for his ban, he'd probably still be on Ence right now.
Ethan was the top competing person who could stay in t1 out of all that moved tho.
NABOT [#17]This is cap, on a good day in 2021 he’s barely t1
I'd still say he's t1 on a bad day on cs. Unlike val, the top10 isnt all of t1.
Even with his inconsistencies, he's still a top20 awper. Just he isn't good/consistent enough to be at the top, or at competitive form to go against teams like navi, or gambit.
thanatos11 [#12]he suggests that in immortal+ he wont average 300 acs, him hitting good op flicks has nothing to do with ACS, hes suggesting that the only reason kennys has good op flicks is because hes in low elo
His flicks will stay the same, but he wont be able to get away with half the stuff he gets away with. Was watching him earlier, and he jsut repeeks the same shit, and doesn't get punished for it. dude was against plats and diamonds, and was just vibing. In high imm/rad, he'd get punished for those mistakes.
I think that's his point.
EndOfWorld [#18]he use his OP like its his 3rd hand that can slap everyone to death, doesnt matter what distance. :)
dude is a great awper, but never dying is a bit of an overstatement. If/once he is adjusted to val, he'd probably be similar to wardell, bringing op whenever he can, and peeking everything with it.
He will be a top oper if he decides to swap over.

dude stop saying "hell," its weird, u say it too much

yeah he wont be able to constantly repeek but you dont think he knows that already?
thanatos11 [#8]last time i checked your aim doesnt get worse when you rank up
no, but you dont get as many dry peek and easy kill form your enemy.
same reason why a smurf can drop 40 bombs every game in bronze but not in radiant
TinglyPiano [#29]no, but you dont get as many dry peek and easy kill form your enemy.

you act like he doesnt understand that he cant dry peek in the top elos lmao. he clearly just knows everyone in his elo is shit
thanatos11 [#30]you act like he doesnt understand that he cant dry peek in the top elos lmao. he clearly just knows everyone in his elo is shit
Bro, all he did was compare him to Mwzera. Mwzera is a standout player in a weaker region. KennyS looks amazing because he's getting away with dumbshit that shouldn't work above Imm.
Nobody is saying he's bad. They're just saying we can't judge how he will be on the game, as all of his games are against diamonds and plats.
He's playing against weaker enemies, so we can't get an accurate gauge on how good he really is.
thanatos11 [#30]you act like he doesnt understand that he cant dry peek in the top elos lmao. he clearly just knows everyone in his elo is shit
i am not saying he dont understand he cant dry peek in higher ELO. I am saying HIS OPPONENT dont understand that in low elo, so u have people walking into an awp giving KeenyS free kill, so inflating his kill count
Raevus [#23]dude is a great awper, but never dying is a bit of an overstatement. If/once he is adjusted to val, he'd probably be similar to wardell, bringing op whenever he can, and peeking everything with it.

he has two years left on his G2 contract being paid a LOT of money he won't be signed anywhere soon
1874Jacob [#33]he has two years left on his G2 contract being paid a LOT of money he won't be signed anywhere soon
He will be getting a decent salary, but highly doubt he'd be getting his full amount. Wouldn't make sense from a business standpoint.
But yeah, he's stuck in contract hell right now. Unfortunate tbh. Same with nivera.
