honestly maybe just a coach change but there are no other good coaches rn except maybe onur
their main problem is igling and demon1 having issues outside of val
ethan is an experinced player with a background from cs, give it time and nrg will live up to it's superteam name
hope demon1 pulls thru with whatever hes going through too

A coach change will do, and an experienced IGL. FNS for sure. No need to remove demon1, he'll come back.

In reality -Ethan Marved or crashies and bring in an IGL, probably need to pay a buyout for someone from tier 2
