is he tier 1 worthy again? opinions?
Zephyros [#2]no
he wasnt t1 worthy when acend was in its prime
by far the weakest link on the team
he's quite strong on case now so idk, maybe

So he's not tier 1 worthy because he sucked 3 years ago? Sounds about right
I think he is an amazing tier 2 player and that if he was in tier 1 he wouldn't stand out negatively. But I think he's celling is way lower than any of the new young upcoming rookies so I would probably choose someone else.
That being said he feels like a very similar profile to a Shadow, patitek or a Magnum this year, it would be a very similar signing. Could work under the right circumstances
Mortadelo [#6]Spanish league is one of the most competitive ones in EMEA
no
he will be the same as mistic, enzo
we have ALREADY seen these guys potential in tier 1, it's not good, he might be OKAY now in t1 better than he was before but theres so much better he shouldn't be picked over
they have far more experience than anyone in t2, so they'll succeed there but they don't have the talent to match up in T1, where as guys like tomaszy who have way less experience do have the talent to play T1
none of the EMEA VCLs are even majorly competitive, maybe east surge. spain is dominated by bums i fear
kamyk is the only past T1 player that would succeed and hes not really a past t1 player

Ikrr this is so delulu
Spanish league and french league are the to
Polaris is 1 team
The only other region which is decent I would say is east surge Benjy played there and his teammates and other players in that region have impressed me

What does that have to do with the Spanish league being competitive. I agree with you I hate when tier 1 players are recycled.
That being said don't act like it can't work at all cause look at magnum or patitek this year.
Also Kalmyk is a 20 year old who played 2 games in tier 1 that is a completely different thing, similar situation to purp0. And yes he's ready for tier 1
Yea id say hes good enough and I can see him being a filler piece on a roster rebuild when one of the bottom teams restructures.
However thats also sorta the only way I can see him getting picked up into t1 again - it wouldnt make sense to pick him up as a player to develop and hes not super star level either (obviously since hes in t2).
Its a shame for him that the internals of case are so fucked (and that they just blew up the offseason roster for a certain fraud watch coach) since I could have seen him make a return this year based on their offseason performance and the teams INSANE upper limit.
