3 BO3 per day(CS) or 3 BO3 per month(VAL)?
nobody need or wants to play 3 bo3s a day. Take into consideration that all matches go to 3 maps. you're playing 9 maps a day, most of which extend to an hour and you're playing for 7-9 hours a day. Take into consideration breaks between maps and broadcast, that's 12 hours that you're in the studio... just playing.
why is that even a sensible suggestion in any sense
I prefer val, just my style. but id say fanbase for CS is better. Just slightly tho. Bunch of racists and creeps, and they obsess over hating on valorant players. but val shitters are so bitchy. way more bum degenerates in the val side of things. just look at this website, people think its healthy to post every minute, for hours at a time

Racist Creeps > whiny teenagers
makes sense...

i think you didn't read the "creeps" part...
Jitu [#3]obviously cs. average tier 1 CS pro is playing like 110 maps a year. average franchised val pro will probably play 30 maps this year
Zywoo played 137 maps last year, and that is zywoo
some other examples?
well spooke holds the record 404 maps, the anonymo/honoris lineup has 394-395 maps on record, major quarterfinalists monte had around 350 - these are only HLTV games as well, so most open qualifiers and similar things don't count
but poor valorant players get burnt out after playing 10-30 matches so like 30-90 maps tops, really funny tbh
CS, even though Valve are some lazy fucks, they are at least moving towards the right direction with open circuit requirements for all tournaments starting 2025 and the game will eventually get most of the bugs fixed with content added around end of 2024/2025. CSGO release was in 2012 and it was far worse than CS2 release, but eventually it got really good and people start to love it at 2015.
Valorant, its questionable to say the least. The esports scene is good but it is in a downward trajectory. Maybe the game received too much hype at the start and didnt grow properly like other esports LoL/CS. This made orgs invest too much and Riot realizing they are spending too much in Valorant, so they are cutting back (see Leo Faria). For the game itself, I think it will hold, for now. I think the game was a lot better when it has less agents, and I fear the people will quit when it gets overwhelming (people are already quitting).
Tooker [#17]Val. Just don't like CS. Don't care all too much about the number of games.
To add to this, I also like that VAL isn't just the one-region show. Every region in the world is competitive and has a legitimate shot at winning titles.
