Your first argument is invalid because based on your logic all the streamers that have any other content except for the games would have to be cancelled as well and here is the counter-argument straight from Wikipedia and what Twitch advertise themselves as well :

She is not taking advantage of anyone. Anyone who has money also have a right to spend it however they want so if they are happy to sub or donate to her instead of spending it on something else and that is their decision. how are you consider it a scamming and blame her for other people actions? Please explain as I am so curious how you got to that conclusion.
