Other teams also have some pro T2 players in there, Pakistan is literally a full T2 team, which is even more insane then Garuda who at this time only has 1 player signed with an org (Kush).

Because they are college students. Also most of them has an experience play as a pro player. Bati (Portugal) even played in EMEA Ascension for SAW, while the others played in VCL Portugal.
