since i’m pretty sure it’s 100% happening, how do you think they do?
there are def some role issues but crashies and victor are very flexible so it could work. and I think ethan could make a great igl.
(i really want this team to work. I want an NA team other than sen to support )

I didn't say he didn't im pointing out that he isn't an IGL he barely was the main commer on SEN. Crashies would probably be a better option to IGL including the fact he knows structure

How is the IGLing? - can make a big difference when facing top teams. And overall looking at old NRG it felt like the IGLing was big part of their success and overall style.
Roles? - no proven sentinel player, so Victor likely switching. And what if they need Raze and sentinel? Ethan? Demon1?
Demon1 and Ethan - hot take, but I think there's a chance they won't perform as well outside of EG. Demon1 was nobody before this year and even though its possible he will continue doing well I'm still not fully confident he will do as well. And same about Ethan, because even though he has been decent since 100T he never was really a standout player before EG(obviously his teams didn't do so well). Like see what happened to old Sentinels and Acend for example.

Ethan might perform worse but I simply have to disagree with the idea that Demon1 is going to suddenly start underperforming. Demon1 is the pinnacle of confidence to the point it borders on cockiness, I honestly think he believes in himself so much that it wouldn't really matter which team he joined. Dude eats sleeps drinks and breathes Valorant he is more than likely going to curbstomp anyone and anything he comes across.
though im incredibly excited to see what Demon1 does if he starts failing that would be very interesting to watch

I think Ethan will still be good. He was one of the best NA CS players to switch.

yeah, you're not wrong, it's tough to say how good he will do before he actually joins a new team, but his performance in Tokyo was (lets be honest) just decent. And directly after that in Champions he showed up in a big way, I feel like hes had enough time to adjust to the highest level of competition and I personally cant see his performance going down in any meaningful way.

It can be depending on your definition, for me a superteam is formed when you take 5 players who were already goated at their roles before they joined, instead of improving throughout the season
Besides, even if you consider EG a superteam that doesn’t stop NRG from also being considered one
