Yea they are becoming a solid tier 2 team now. (not a top tier 2 team just a solid one). Which is good. If c9w can show that women can also be pros instead of just content creators that'll be huge for the pro scene honestly. I think c9w just need to have that happen and then gamechangers won't even be needed. Because gamechangers is for women to have a reason to become pro rather than just content creation. Honestly bob on SQ proves that women can be pros anyways but I guess it still won't help until a full womens team has a lot of success in the tier 2 scene.
wait bob from soniqs is a girl?
edit: nvm, its a he, taken from soniqs website
image
edit: shes trans most probably, check the twitter
Honestly I personally feel like c9w are lacking on certain players though. There still is talent in the womens scene and I feel like c9w are too much like old tsm rn where they're unwilling to drop and add new players. I feel like another team will probably overtake c9w unless they do this but c9 management is good so they'll prob do start making changes when they notice new talent. But Shopify Rebellion is probably the team that I'm betting on that will make it big some day. They honestly are trying to run a 6 man roster and it's not doing that bad. If they pull it off this'll be pog. Honestly 6 man roster, full womens team. That'll literally break so many stereotypes about this game being the exact same as csgo that I really want to see them succeed.
i actually don't know much about Shopify Rebellion, but after that statement i'm def gonna look them up, hope they can climb too! all in for women showing how good they are at esports. about c9w roster changes, don't know how much i agree with it. def might make them better, but i have such an attachment to this team, would really love to see them climbing together. but they should do whatever is best for female scenario in general, even if would break my heart haha.
Hope the girls can pull it out, but if not, they definitely have showed great improvement and are a solid tier 2 team now. Not a team that can beat the best T1 teams occasionally, but a team that could make some surprise wins and upset. And if they continue to improve I don’t see why that can’t happen.
Great for the scene. A truly competitive female team would be great for Valorant. Even if that team is a top tier 2. It’s still is big for the scene. Keep grinding girls, the work is definitely being noticed.
YEAAAA I FORGOT ABOUT SQUIRTLE SQUAD. Yea they're appearance at the nerd street weeklies was pog. They were so good. And that was the most anticipated event of the year. Surprised that Sentinels couldn't even reach the championships. Hopefully they qualify this time. They seemed to be cucked by the trash format unlucky reallly. Squirtle squad seemed to have fallen off a bit though. They have been doing questionable strats in this T3 VCT open qualifier or whatever it's called.
