are set to part with the Finnish Jesse "JESMUND"
Terävä, sources close to the situation tell VLR.gg. He is expected to be replaced by the Egyptian Mohamed "Shalaby"
Shalaby for the final stage of the Valorant Champions Tour.
Announced alongside LoWkii, JESMUND arrived in the first roster overhaul for Vitality, following the benching of Ouali "M4CHINA" Manset and Lukas "feqew" Petrauskas.
With JESMUND, the new-look roster kicked off Stage 3 with an early exit in the stage's first Challengers, despite receiving an invite to the event's closed qualifier. Domestically, the team saw modest success in the Open Tour France, qualifying for the LAN Final of the circuit, however were eliminated in the Spring qualifier by the likes of Megastitut and EXCEL.

is among one of the top teams in the MENA region, recently placing second in the Strike Arabia Championship's Levant and Egypt division. The team's duelist, Shalaby, has maintained a strong damage output for the roster, currently fielding the highest all-time ACS and ADR in the MENA region.
Shalaby and co. are currently competing in Spain for the Red Bull Campus Clutch world finals. Should the deal go through, it will be one of the Egyptian's last events with Anubis Gaming, before he embarks to help in Vitality's last attempt to reach Masters 3 in Berlin.
Additionally, should the deal come to fruition, he will reunite with his former Anubis coach Ahmed "ZE1SH" El Sheikh, who — sources tell VLR.gg — is currently on trial as an assistant coach alongside Arthur "pm" Guillermet.
