its not a charity. riot has said multiple times why they wont have a bigger lan for gc, its coz they dont want to create it so big that women and other marginalized genders start thinking this is it for them, they want them to actually go on and compete with actual tier 1 pros in vct.
now whether to believe in this riot ideology or not is upto you, but this should be enough to tell you that riot will not be releasing a special gun skin for an event that they dont even want to host an actual big event for
