For me, it was the FaZe invitational and the rivalry between Sen and TSM. Regardless of what TSM was and what was SEN blooming into those were some great matches between these two teams.
How about you guys?
I can understand that to an extent.
Watching your favorite player become a streamer because of his lackluster situation with his team, but jumping when the opportunity arises.
It's not his fault that he jumped at the offer since anyone would. But from a fan's perspective, I can certainly empathize with that.
I was following this channel https://www.youtube.com/c/TheCenterRing/videos and they were hyping Reyjovik a lot and because NA was dominating so I had no choice but tune in to some valorant pro matches
I started watching Ignition series and was invested in the TSM SEN rivalry and didn't like C9 and 100T. Then I started watching Platchat shortly after. And I heard abt Fish123 and also saw like Bonk somewhere there as well and then I started watching those teams. I still love Guild and then I heard abt FPX and they are prob my fav team but Guild is a close second with BDS in third. I also started watching VS after it was mentioned in Platchat and I also learned about Japanese Valorant because I just like was up late and saw that Valorant JP was online or smth. So I watched and I liked it. Those are the 3 regions I really only watch. Except for CIS and TR for GAMBIT and OXG/SMB sometimes. And maybe for Furia in BR. But other than that. Platchat is my main reason why I started watching more.
Decent Lithuanian player representation in the pro scene. Just hoping that it's not nukkye who is gonna be the only one remaining as teams with other lithuanian players can't seem to get through european qualifier stages. + CS:GO became boring to follow after witnessing the same stale scene for more than 5 years already tbh
