I think if they are willing to play their double duelist set up, then they will probably sign vici, who is something's close friend, former teammate and overall a great duelist player who is still pretty young(born in 2004)

yeap, and they both were playing on tokyo servers, because they r both from Хабаровская Область(Khabarovsk Oblast) so they couldn't possibly play in emea matches, though they could play ranked on Stockholm server with 90-120 ping

I was watching his streams while in NA. His playstyle is perfect for PRX.
Import rules are a little silly. I get that they don't want minor regions to essentially be 3-4 imports and 1 native player, but can we really not have some amount of manual review/approval for the cases where it's obviously more of a grey area?
