i cant figure out how to sleep early, i stay up in fear of tomorrow and end up missing sleep. what the hecky do i do
what works for me:
Caffeine my friend. Also 6 hours is really all you need but it's different with everyone. I like 8 hours, but usually get like 6-7. If u consistently wake up at 8 falling asleep at 12 is extremely easy, just watch a boring ass destiny video, or any boring talk show(or anything you know for a fact is uninteresting to you). I promise you will knock tf out
consistent times going to sleep and waking up
same routine every time, brushing teeth, ect whatever else you do
no screens is ideal but atleast get flux and don't have your face into the monitor
If you can't fall asleep NEVER look at your phone or even check the time, at that point is over
Stop yourself thinking about the future, or about what you need to do, having a book next to you to write down anything about what you need to do tomorrow works well to stop thinking about it now
